Jane Northrup Glenn

Jane Northrup Glenn founded Authority Staffing, a former Christian business prototype in Fort Collins that specialized in employees that had been incarcerated. Mrs. Glenn directed all business aspects including creating a business plan, securing funding, recruiting employees and leading marketing and sales initiatives. Authority Staffing was recognized by the State of Colorado in 2016 and named "1 of 21 Gospel Driven Businesses" by Ministry Today. Jane is featured in a separate Ministry Today article on the topic of prayer with employees. "Prayer Power" can be found in the 2017 Building Kingdom Leaders edition. ​Additionally, Authority Staffing received national attention in an article titled, "Supernatural Business Plan Aims to Lift Felons Nationwide."

 

Mrs. Glenn has a diverse professional background in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors in fundraising, real estate, technology, human resources and independent consulting. Jane held a director level position for United Way of Larimer County and was the V.P. of Government Affairs for the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors in Colorado Springs.

 

Mrs. Glenn is a visionary for non-government solutions and is the author of God Punched Back - Knocking Out the United States Government to Set People Free and God’s Public Option – A Separation of Church and State the Way Jehovah Jireh Intended. These engaging, easy-to-read books are the first two of a four-book series discussing the end times, Christians and politics, financial bondage to the government and God’s planned exodus out of it. 

 

Mrs. Glenn earned a B.S. in Home Economics with an emphasis in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Jane unsuccessfully ran for City Council At-Large in Colorado Springs in 2023, she is married to Darryl Glenn and is a principal consultant at Second Heaven Strategies,

Darryl Glenn

Darryl Glenn has over 15 years of experience as an elected public official in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and after 21 years of active and reserve service, he is retired from the United States Air Force as Lieutenant Colonel. Mr. Glenn is currently an attorney specializing in family law.
 
In addition to regular duties as County Commissioner in El Paso County, Colorado, Mr. Glenn served as Chairman of the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council responsible for coordinating the research, analysis and interagency strategy for criminal justice matters in the Pikes Peak region. He was also Chairman of the Regional School Safety task force responsible for developing solutions to school safety issues and suicide prevention.  Darryl was selected by his colleagues to serve as the President of the El Paso County Board of Commissioners during his final term in office. ​Mr. Glenn won the Colorado Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in 2016.  

During his military career, Mr. Glenn was responsible for implementing a base realignment and closure plan in a $5 billion dollar organization. He supervised 35 communication system programs valued at $1B dollars and developed support plans that saved the taxpayers $20 million dollars while providing a 40 percent increase in performance capability.  He also served as a special events planning leader in support of visiting dignitaries ranging from the President of the United States to other world leaders.

Mr. Glenn has a Bachelor's degree from the United States Air Force Academy and holds an M.B.A. from Western New England College and a J.D. degree from New England School of Law. Darryl is married to Jane Northrup Glenn.

Paul Northrup
Finance & Technology

Paul Northrup is an Associate Pastor and Board Member at Church in the City – Beth Abraham in Denver, Colorado. In his role as Administrative Pastor for this inner-city church, Paul is the CFO and Facility Director.  He is responsible for overseeing all financial and facility aspects of the church including payroll, accounts payable, tithe reporting, sales tax reporting, annual audit, financial reporting, fundraising, lease contracts, and facility maintenance and upkeep for a 36,000 square foot, 100-year-old synagogue and adjacent two-story school/office building.  Paul designed and implemented all accounting processes in QuickBooks and helped obtain $5M in financing to purchase and restore the 100-year-old synagogue.

 

Paul has over 25 years of experience in accounting management and information system management in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.  Over the course of his career, Paul has held senior level positions with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, the Colorado Department of Revenue, and with a software and a product manufacturing company.   Paul has served as a part-time CFO for multiple emerging companies in the product manufacturing and technology industries providing financial and information system consulting, bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, financial statement development and review, and sales tax collection and remittance oversight.  

 

Paul has a B.S. In Business with majors in both Accounting and Information Systems and an M.S. in Business with a major in Information Systems Management and a minor in Telecommunications, all from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
